Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

FoxAI.me offers refunds for unused points on customer accounts, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund Calculation:

1. Refunds will be calculated based on the current purchase price of points at the time of the refund request.
2. The calculated amount in US dollars will be subject to an 8% processing fee (92% of the original value will be refunded).

Refund Process:

1. To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team through the designated channels provided on our website.
2. Upon approval of the refund request, FoxAI.me will process the refund and transfer the agreed-upon amount to the customer's original payment method or another agreed-upon payment method within 5-10 business days.

Point Balance:

Upon completion of the refund process, the customer's point balance with FoxAI.me will be reset to zero.

Modifications:

FoxAI.me reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
